Our clinical staff are currently dealing with consultations as telephone appointments wherever possible. If you require an appointment, please call 020 8678 5400. It is not currently possible to book an appointment online.

Please only visit the surgery if you are asked to do so by a clinical member of staff and remember to wear a face coveringDo not come to the surgery and get a Coronavirus test if you have:

  • a high temperature OR
  • a new, continuous cough OR
  • a loss or change of smell and/or taste

Welcome to Brockwell Park Surgery - a friendly, patient-centred practice in the heart of Herne Hill. Please look around our website for information on the practice, how to register, appointments and prescriptions, as well as useful general health resources.

Flu programme 2020 - 21

The practice will be offering free flu jabs to all eligible patients from 5th October 2020. Please phone our reception team now to pre-book your flu appointment. Alternatively, you may visit one of our 'walk-in' flu clinics will take place at the following times from 8th October 2020:

  • Thursdays 08.00-09.00
  • Fridays 13.30-14.00

Patients will be asked to wait outside until the nurse is ready for you. Please remember to bring a face covering and to wear appropriate clothing, so that one bare arm is easily accessible to the shoulder. 

Free flu vaccines are also now available to eligible patients at local pharmacies. 

Online Services: Appointment booking, Prescription Requests and view your Medical Record

To register for online access, you will need to complete a registration form and provide photo ID e.g. driving licence, current passport,  AND recent proof of address e.g. utility bill, bank statement etc. We cannot accept a driving licence as proof of address. 

Once registered go to https://brockwell-park-surgery.appointments-online.co.uk/ to access the service.

Garden Project

Our garden project runs two sessions a week. Patients are invited to come along and dig, weed, hoe and water.

This year we are growing strawberries, tomatoes, courgettes, rasberries and many more delicious fruit and vegetables. Find out more here.

Self Help

You can refer yourself directly for talking therapy or to see a podiatrist. You can also get an STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) screening pack sent to your home address for free.  Antenatal services are also available via self referral to King's College Hospital.  See our 'self referrals' page (on the right) for more information.
