Lambeth Talking Therapies

The Lambeth Talking Therapies Service offer talking therapies for people experiencing mild to moderate depression, general anxiety and worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, traumatic memories and obsessive compulsive disorder. They also offer help with other problems including anger, eating, and relationship or sexual difficulties.

They offer appointments at many GP surgeries and clinics throughout Lambeth.

Sexual Health Testing

SH:24 offers free home STI testing.  They send you a testing kit to your address and you get a result within 7 days of sending it back to them.

Physiotherapy - RehabMe online physiotherapy programme

If you need physiotherapy you can now use our free online self-help tool that we're piloting. There are programmes for back pain, tennis elbow, knee pain and even bunions.
