  If you do not need an appointment but would like to contact the doctor, pleaseAsk the doctor a question online and the clinician will deal with your request appropriately.

  For urgent problems, please call reception on 020 8678 5400 between 08:00 and 09:30. For non-urgent, on-the-day problems, please call reception after 09:30. Our receptionists will take your details and the nature of the problem. The duty doctor will then assess whether you need to come in that day, whether we can help you over the phone, or whether you can be seen at an appointment at a later date.
